Does our world exist outside us?

Less than a year or so after we were born we are taught that the World (things, people etc) exist even when we aren’t watching. Before that a baby thinks if I can’t see it, it doesn’t exist.

If we are asked to remember an event, do we remember the actual event or the feeling that was generated due to that event. I think the latter. There is difference between the happening of the event, the experience of that event and the feeling/reaction of that event in us. What we feel is not what is happening to us but our reaction/interpretation of what is happening to us. So, everyone has a different world view and basically our version of the world is actually in our mind and not outside. The world is in you and not out there.

From a Quantum perspective, until there is an observer the things only exist as possibilities. It collapses into a single reality based on the intent of the observer. A wave-particle becomes a wave, when we try to measure the wavelength and becomes a particle when we try to measure the mass.

The world exists within us and not that we exists in the world.
